The Green Egg is one of my favorite tools when it comes to firearms training. I use it every time as a warm up before I shoot and it greatly improves your aim by getting a better grip. As we all know by now a good grip on your gun plays a huge role in getting better at shooting.
Don’t confuse the Green Egg with a stress ball as it’s not, it’s a lot harder and it helps strengthen the muscles of your hand. In the video bellow I will show you how to target specific muscles that will help you get better at shooting.
As you can see the Green Egg is a handy dandy tool that can be used in such a precise way that you can train your hand grip for a specific purpose, in our case, shooting. You can’t do this with any other hand grip exercise tools.
